  • I just have to say, that I have never experienced such incredible customer service as I have with the folks over at Rockhill. We hired them based on their Google rating, but they have far surpassed our expectations! Customer Service should be there middle name! They went out of their way to put tags on all our thermostats, saved us a ton of overtime money, and have proven to be some of the most knowledgeable and experienced electricians in the city!   • Dan was really nice and very helpful. He came to fix a dryer plug on a Saturday in a house we just moved into and we found out that a previous inspector was wrong about a dangerous electrical panel. We are glad that Dan identified it before something serious occurred.

  • Dan was highly recommended to me as one who is honest and would do a good job. I called Dan the day before the scheduled appointment with the concern that the breakers were tripping more often. He immediately sent Josh to checkout the situation. Josh was professional, friendly and diligently pursued various tests resolving my dilemma very quickly. It has been close to two weeks now and all the plugs are still functional in each room and ... to top it off... I can still run the washer and dryer at the same time without breaker box challenges!!   • We had an outlet spark and start melting wires in our home around midnight on a Friday. I called first thing on Saturday morning and Dan was at our house and replaced the outlet and another that could become a danger. While repairing he talked us through the process so we learned what was wrong and what we could do in the future. But for peace of mind, we have asked Dan to come out to our house and check more outlets and light fixtures next week. He is a very knowledgeable, good person! I highly recommend his service!!

  • The good folks at Rockhill Electric came to my home in the immediate aftermath of a Spring snowstorm that caused a tree limb to fall and rip the breaker box and electric meter off the back of my house. That damage caused, in turn, a power surge that knocked out my furnace and fried my dishwasher and several small appliances. It was a royal mess. Their timeliness, professionalism, unfailing good humor, and fast and competent service not only put me at ease in an otherwise bleak situation but also has won my undying loyalty.   • When we needed an electrician to come to our house short notice Rockhill Electrical Systems was the only electrician in the area that was able and willing to do it within 24 hours-every other outfit in Colorado Springs was at least a 7-10 day wait. Rockhill's technician was super friendly, professional, and extremely proficient at his job. He diagnosed our problem quickly, and was done well under an hour. The price was more than reasonable, and seemed to be less than the competition in town. Finally, customer service at this company is outstanding-they really care about their customers. This was a terrific experience-Rockhill absolutely comes with my highest recommendation. They do a great, great job.

Dan took the time to assess the need and thought through several alternatives for the outlets. He was very patient and thorough while working on a solution for a very challenging project. Frank, the installer, was very professional while completing the project. He was very careful not to soil the work area he was in and very patient in answering questions while he was working.   • It's the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, last hour of the day, and I had a problem. We drove all the way from Houston to my second home in Woodland Park. There was no power when we arrived. I am on a well and had no water. Lightning had struck my electrical meter pole outside and took out one leg of the 200 amp breaker. I called some electrical contractors and all I got was their voicemail. The ones that did answer, I got nothing but excuses. I called Dan Rockhill and I could not believe he dropped what he was doing and drove from Springs all the way to Woodland Park. He fixed the problem quickly and in a professional manner. I had called several other electricians and they don’t answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. Dan is professional, prompt and did a great job!
